On-Site Information
Registration desk (General Information)
The registration desk is located on the 1st floor of Nexus21.
Please download and print your admission pass via the online system. Pass holders will be available at the desk.
Admission passes should be worn visibly at all times. Participants without a pass may be asked to pay the registration fee.
For on-site registration, please complete online payment via credit card and bring your payment confirmation email to the desk to receive your admission pass.

Cloakroom
The cloakroom is located on the 1st floor of Nexus21.
Luggage can only be stored on the same day. Valuables and umbrellas cannot be left.

Wi-Fi
Guest Wi-Fi is available. Connection details are displayed at the registration desk and in each lecture room.
eduroam is also available for those with an account.
Lecture Room Guidelines
Unauthorized recording or photographing of presentations is not allowed.
Lunch
Cafeteria (Nexus21 2F Leaf Garden): Lunch will be served from 11:00 to 14:00 each day.
Luncheon Seminars: Please receive a ticket at the registration desk on the day of the seminar to participate (first-come, first-served; free of charge; limited number of lunch boxes available). https://www.sbj.or.jp/2025/program/luncheon_seminar/
Others: A 7-Eleven (convenience store) and a Cafe are located on Nexus21 4F.
Parking
Campus parking is not available.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited on campus. When smoking outside the campus, please be considerate of others regarding secondhand smoke.
Banquet
Access Info
Pre-registration is recommended, but on-site registration is welcome if space permits.
Please complete online payment via credit card in advance and visit the reception desk on the 4th floor of Hotel Granvia Hiroshima (from 17:30). Cash payment is not accepted. Present your payment confirmation to receive your admission pass and holder, and write your name and affiliation on the pass.
Admission Pass
- Admission Pass will NOT be sent by post.
Please download an admission pass (PDF) from the <Registration Confirmation> page via the online system, print it out, and bring it with you to the meeting. - You can pick up an admission pass holder at the on-site registration desk.
- Please be sure to wear the admission pass during the meeting.
Onsite Registration
- Cash payment is not accepted at the on-site registration desk.
- After registering on the system, please complete the credit card payment online before coming to the registration desk. Please present your payment confirmation e-mail to receive your registration badge and holder, and write your name and affiliation on the badge.
- We encourage you to register for the banquet in advance, but you are also welcome to attend on the day of the banquet, as long as space permits. Please pay by credit card online and come to the reception desk at the hotel (after 17:30 on September 10).
Invoice and Receipt
- Invoice and receipts (PDF) can be downloaded from the <Registration Confirmation> page via the online system.
- Receipts will not be reissued due to loss, etc. Please be sure to save the downloaded file.
NOTE: Please save the “Payment Completion E-mail” sent after payment is completed until the meeting is over, as it is necessary to confirm the payment.
How to View Abstracts
To access the meeting abstracts (PDF), please log in to the Participants-Only page with the registration number (e.g. E0123) and password you received when you registered.
