Guidelines for PC Presentations (For Oral Presentations)
Format
- All presentations must be in PowerPoint format. Audio output is not supported. Please bring your own laptop.
- The projector is only compatible with an HDMI (Type A: standard) connection. Other types (mini, micro, etc.) are not supported. If you need a conversion cable, please bring your own.
Presentation Duration
- Each presentation is limited to 12 minutes (9 minutes for the talk, 2 minutes 30 seconds for discussion, and 30 seconds for presenter changeover).
Preparation of Presentation Slides
- We recommend a font size of at least 18 points, preferably 24 points or larger, so that text is readable from the back of the room.
- Avoid using red and green together, as this combination may be difficult for color-blind audience members to distinguish.
Guidelines for the Day of Presentation
- There will be no preview room. However, you will be able to check connections before each session or during breaks when the chair changes.
- Presenters are requested to arrive at the presentation room well in advance.
- Please bring a USB flash drive with a backup copy of your data in case of computer malfunction.
- If you use a wheelchair and need assistance, please contact the Meeting Committee ()
