Admission Pass (Name Badge)

Admission passes will NOT be distributed by mail in advance.
Please download and print your admission pass (PDF) from the Confirm Application page and bring it to the venue.

  • Pass holders will be available at the general information desk.
  • All participants are required to wear their admission passes at all times during the meeting.
  • For on-site registration, please complete your credit card payment online before coming to the general information desk. Upon arrival, present your “Payment Confirmation” email to receive your admission pass. Please write your name and affiliation on the pass yourself.

Invoice and Receipt

  • Participants can download a receipt in PDF from the Confirm Application page. Be sure to SAVE the receipt.
  • The receipt date will be the date of download and cannot be changed.
  • You may choose the addressee (Affiliation + Name, Affiliation only, or Name only) when downloading.
  • Receipts will not be reissued. Please retain the PDF file.

NOTE: The “Payment Confirmation Email” sent after completion of your payment is required as proof of payment. Please retain it until the end of the meeting.

Meeting Abstracts

  • The PDF version of the meeting abstracts will be available from September 1 (Tue) (tentative) for those who complete payment by the due date.
    To access the meeting abstracts PDF, please log in to the Participants-Only page with the Registration No. (ID) (e.g., E0123) and Password you received when you registered.
  • The Meeting Abstract Booklet can be purchased online (SBJ members: 4,000JPY; Non-members: 5,000 JPY). Please note that the booklet may be shipped after the meeting, depending on the timing of your order.
NOTE: The meeting abstracts (PDF) can be downloaded at the Participants-Only page until March 31, 2026. It will be available to the public on the Society’s website (https://www.sbj.or.jp/e/meeting/) from April 1, 2026.
