The new membership system “My Page” described on this page will be available from March 12 (Thu).

Registration Fee

• Eligibility to apply for an oral presentation is limited to SBJ Members who have paid the 2026 membership fee. Only one presentation per person is permitted.
• Presenters applying for an oral presentation are required to enter their membership number and the My Page login password for the new membership system at the time of registration. If you are not yet a member, please complete the membership application process as early as possible. Your membership number will be issued after both your membership application and payment have been confirmed. Please note that individual payment confirmation notifications will not be provided.
• Additional applications for the banquet are also accepted online from participants who have already registered for meeting attendance only.

• Presentation Type
  Oral presenters should select “Oral Presentation”.
  Symposium speakers should select their symposium number. Confirm your symposium number
• Affiliation
  Please enter a short affiliation name for the admission pass.

Payment Methods

The “Payment Confirmation Email” sent after completion of your payment is required as proof of payment. Please retain it until the end of the meeting.

For applicants in Japan:

• Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club)
  Please log in to the Confirm Application page using the Registration ID and Password you received after the online registration.
  Payment must be made within 24 hours.
• Bank Transfer
  Please follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email you receive after the online registration.
  Payment must be made within 7 days. Please include any applicable bank handling charges.

Invoice and Receipt

• Participants can download a receipt in PDF from the Confirm Application page. Be sure to SAVE the receipt.
• The receipt date will be the date of download and cannot be changed.
• You may choose the addressee (Affiliation + Name, Affiliation only, or Name only) when downloading.
• Receipts will not be reissued. Please retain the PDF file.

Admission Pass (Name Badge)

Admission passes will NOT be distributed by mail in advance.
Please download and print your admission pass (PDF) from the Confirm Application page and bring it to the venue.

• Pass holders will be available at the general information desk.
• All participants are required to wear their admission passes at all times during the meeting.
• For on-site registration, please complete your credit card payment online before coming to the general information desk. Upon arrival, present your “Payment Confirmation” email to receive your admission pass. Please write your name and affiliation on the pass yourself.

Meeting Abstracts

• The PDF version of the Meeting Abstracts will be available from September 1 (Tue) (tentative) for those who complete payment by the due date.
• The Meeting Abstract Booklet can be purchased online (SBJ members: 4,000JPY; Non-members: 5,000 JPY). Please note that the booklet may be shipped after the meeting, depending on the timing of your order.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact the SBJ Office by email (), stating your Registration No.
Please note that no refunds will be issued in the case of cancellation or non-attendance.
