We are currently preparing to renew our membership system.

With the new system, the My Page will be easier to use, and updating your registered information will be more convenient.

In addition, the following new functions will be introduced:
– Password Reset
– Member Search (You may choose individually whether or not your information is searchable by other members.)

Please note that you will not be able to log in to the new system using the password of the current system.

For your first login to the new system, you will be asked to enter your membership number, name, and date of birth.
An initial password will then be issued and sent to the email address registered in the current system.

If your information in the current system is not up to date—for example, if your date of birth was entered incorrectly or your email address is still associated with a former affiliation—you will not be able to receive the initial password for the new system.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to review your current membership information by February 27 (Fri), and update it if necessary to ensure that all details are accurate.
