We are pleased to announce that a new membership system has been launched today.
The following functions are now available to members:

  • Password Reset
  • Member Search (Individual Members)
  • Credit Card Payment
  • Payment History

The 8-digit numeric password used in the previous system is no longer valid in the new system.
For your first login, please set a new password.

NOTE: To register for the 78th SBJ Annual Meeting as a regular or student member, you will need the “My Page” login password for the new system. We kindly ask you to complete the first-time login procedure at your earliest convenience.

How to Log In for the First Time

1. Access the “Password Reset” page:

https://system.sbj.or.jp/member/mypage/password_reissue.php

Please enable the translation function in your browser and enter the following information:

  • SBJ membership number
  • Your name (surname and given name) as registered in our membership directory
  • Date of birth

2. An email with the subject "日本生物工学会 – パスワード再発行通知" will be sent to your registered email address. 
Please save the password provided in the email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder.

3. Access “My Page”:

https://system.sbj.or.jp/member/mypage/login.php

Please log in using your membership number and the password sent to you by email.
You can change the initial password after logging in.

Confirm Your Registered Information

Although we have taken every possible measure to ensure accurate data migration, we kindly ask you to confirm that your registered information has been correctly transferred. Please check your information on “My Page” 

If any fields that are required in the new membership system were not included in the previous data, an error may appear when you first check your information. Please fill in the required fields and click “Update” at the bottom of the page before closing.

Set Visibility for the Member Search Function (Individual Members)

Please set the visibility (public or private) for each item between March 12 (Thu) and April 30 (Thu), 2026.
The member search function will be available only to members who choose to make their information public.
This function will be available from May 1 (Fri), 2026.

Previous Membership System

The old system closed at the end of February, 2026. Please set a new bookmark for the My Page login page:
