We are pleased to announce the winners of the SBJ Awards for 2018. The Young Asian Biotechnologist Prize is awarded to Dr. Verawat Champreda of BIOTEC, Thailand and the DaSilva Award is awarded to Dr. Pau-Loke Show of The University of Nottingham Malaysia.

Excellent Paper Award of SBJ is awarded to the authors of the papers published in the Journal of Bioscience and Bioengineering (JBB) . Those papers were selected from all articles published in the volumes of 123 and 124 of JBB, based on its outstanding quality in both presentation and scientific contribution and for its impact on the field of biotechnology.

Award ceremony will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 during the 70th SBJ Annual Meeting.
