Eligibility to Apply for Oral Presentation

SBJ Members who have paid the 2026 membership fee. Only one presentation per person is permitted.
Presenters applying for an oral presentation are required to enter their membership number and the My Page login password for the new membership system at the time of registration. If you are not yet a member, please complete the membership application process as early as possible. Your membership number will be issued after both your membership application and payment have been confirmed. Please note that individual payment confirmation notifications will not be provided.

Presentation Format

All general presentations at this meeting will be given in oral format. Presenters should bring their own laptops.

Each presentation is limited to12 minutes (9 minutes for the talk, 2 minutes 30 seconds for discussion, and 30 seconds for presenter changeover).
Note: Invited lectures may follow a different time allocation.
Guidelines for PC Presentations (For Oral Presentations)

As in the past two years, outstanding presentations by student members will be recognized.
Up to two presentations per corresponding author (supervisor) may be considered for the award. Please obtain the corresponding author’s consent before applying.

Oral Presentation Submission – How to Fill Out the Form

This year, the deadlines for presentation submission and abstract submission are the same.
The system may become congested near the deadline; please register early.
Participant registration alone does not complete your presentation submission. Please follow the instructions in the “Receipt of Online Registration” email to submit your presentation.

No modifications will be accepted after the deadline. Authors are responsible for any typographical errors.
The information you provide will appear as entered in the Program and Meeting Abstracts, so please ensure it is accurate.
A preview of how your abstract will appear in the Meeting Abstracts is shown at the bottom of the submission confirmation page. Please review your content.

Your Registration No. will be required for any inquiries in case of issues, so please be sure to record and save it.

Submission Deadline

May 20 (Wed), 2026 at 12 noon (JST)

Your presentation number, presentation date and time, and venue will be sent by email once the program is finalized in mid-June 2026.
If your abstract or submission contains significant deficiencies, it may be rejected. Please note that the conference registration fee will not be refunded in such cases.
