Only those who have received and accepted an invitation from the symposium organizer(s) in advance.

Symposium Presentation Submission – How to Fill Out the Form

This year, the deadlines for presentation submission and abstract submission are the same.
The system may become congested near the deadline; please register early.
Participant registration alone does not complete your presentation submission. Please follow the instructions in the “Receipt of Online Registration” email to submit your presentation.

No modifications will be accepted after the deadline. Authors are responsible for any typographical errors.
The information you provide will appear as entered in the Program and Meeting Abstracts, so please ensure it is accurate.
A preview of how your abstract will appear in the Meeting Abstracts is shown at the bottom of the submission confirmation page. Please review your content.

Your Registration No. will be required for any inquiries in case of issues, so please be sure to record and save it.

Submission Deadline

May 20 (Wed), 2026 at 12 noon (JST)

Your presentation number, presentation date and time, and venue will be sent by email once the program is finalized in mid-June 2026.

Presentation Submission Website

If you registered for the meeting through the Japanese site, please be sure to submit your presentation through the Japanese site as well, even if your abstract is in English.
